While we exercise reasonable care in handling property and belongings, you acknowledge that cleaning activities involve some inherent risk. We recommend securing or removing valuable, fragile, or sentimental items before our arrival. Our liability for damage to customer property is limited as outlined in Section 5.
4. Payment and Billing

Service prices are provided through consultations and quotes. Pricing is based on the scope of work, property size, condition, and other relevant factors. All prices are subject to confirmation at the time of booking.
4.2 Payment Terms
Payment terms, including methods, timing, and any deposit requirements, will be established during service booking. You agree to pay all charges in accordance with the agreed payment terms. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect services already booked under a confirmed agreement. Significant additional work beyond the original scope may result in price adjustments, which will be communicated to you before proceeding.
5. Liability Limitations and Disclaimers

While we strive to provide high-quality cleaning services, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as security deposit returns, landlord approval, or complete removal of all stains or damage. These outcomes depend on numerous factors beyond our control, including pre-existing property conditions, landlord expectations, and the nature of stains or damage.
5.3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Transitionclean's total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- • Loss of security deposits or rental income
- • Emotional distress or inconvenience
- • Lost profits or business opportunities
- • Costs of alternative services
5.4 Third-Party Claims
We are not responsible for decisions made by landlords, property managers, or other third parties regarding security deposits, lease compliance, or property condition. Our services are designed to support your transition, but final decisions rest with property owners and managers.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Transitionclean, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:
- • Your use of our services or website
- • Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
- • Your violation of any rights of third parties
- • Your failure to provide accurate information or property access
- • Undisclosed hazardous conditions or property issues
7. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, severe weather, pandemics, government actions, labor disputes, equipment failures, or other unforeseen events.
